If you aren't completely satisfied, we will arrange a hassle-free pickup and provide a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process within your eligible trial period.

  Schedule a Pickup

  For mattresses and furniture, our team will coordinate with a local charity or removal partner to pick up the item directly from your home at no cost.

• 3.
  Pack Small Items

  For bedding, pillows, and decor, simply print the prepaid shipping label provided and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once the pickup is confirmed or the item is received at our warehouse, we will process your full refund within 5 to 10 business days.
